贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压伴心力衰竭的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压伴心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的老年原发性高血压伴心力衰竭患者80例为研究对象,时间为2018年3月至2019年2月,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组接受贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组的基础之上接受美托洛尔联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的心功能指标情况。结果两组患者治疗之前的LVEF(左室射血分数)、SV(每搏输出量)指标比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的LVEF、SV指标均有所提高(P<0.05),观察组的提高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗能够有效提高老年原发性高血压伴心力衰竭患者的心功能指标,降低患者的血压、改善患者的心力衰竭情况,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of benazepril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension with heart failure.Methods Eighty patients with elderly essential hypertension and heart failure who were admitted from March 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received benazepril treatment,and the observation group received metoprolol combination therapy on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,the LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction)and SV(per-volume output)indexes of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVEF and SV indexes of the two groups were all The increase was higher(P<0.05),and the increase of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with metoprolol can effectively improve the cardiac function index of elderly patients with essential hypertension and heart failure,reduce the blood pressure of patients and improve the heart failure of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
