他克莫司联合糖皮质激素治疗特发性膜性肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析对特发性膜性肾病患者治疗时应用他克莫司联合糖皮质激素的临床效果。方法此次研究中一共选择50例特发性膜性肾病患者,将50例患者平均划分成对照组、观察组,各25例。对照组患者采取单纯他克莫司治疗,观察组采取他克莫司联合糖皮质激素治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率、24 h尿蛋白定量均高于对照组,Alb、hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-13水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对特发性膜性肾病患者应用他克莫司联合糖皮质激素治疗,临床效果显著。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods A total of 50 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were selected in this study.Fifty patients were divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with tacrolimus alone.The observation group was treated with tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoids,Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate and 24-hour urine protein quantification of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of Alb,hs-CRP,IL-6,and IL-13 were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoid therapy in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy is significant.
