小儿先天性心脏病合并喘息性肺炎采用布地奈德联合特布他林的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿先天性心脏病合并喘息性肺炎采用布地奈德联合特布他林的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院70例2007年2月至2019年1月小儿先天性心脏病合并喘息性肺炎患儿。随机分组。布地奈德治疗组实施布地奈德治疗,布地奈德联合特布他林治疗组则实施布地奈德联合特布他林治疗。比较两组小儿先天性心脏病合并喘息性肺炎疗效;肺部哮鸣音消失的时间、气喘消失的时间、咳嗽症状消失的时间、湿啰音消失的时间;治疗前后患儿肺部炎症监测水平、QT离散度以及肺功能;不良反应。结果布地奈德联合特布他林治疗组小儿先天性心脏病合并喘息性肺炎疗效、肺部哮鸣音消失的时间、气喘消失的时间、咳嗽症状消失的时间、湿啰音消失的时间、肺部炎症监测水平、QT离散度以及肺功能相比较布地奈德治疗组更好,P<0.05。布地奈德联合特布他林治疗组和布地奈德治疗组不良反应相似,P>0.05。结论布地奈德联合特布他林治疗小儿先天性心脏病合并喘息性肺炎效果确切,可获得理想效果,更好加速症状消失,缩短诊疗的时间,改善患儿的肺功能以及心功能,且无明显不良反应,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical treatment effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline for congenital heart disease combined with asthma pneumonia in children.Methods Seventy children with congenital heart disease combined with asthma pneumonia were selected from February 2007 to January 2019.Random grouping.The budesonide treatment group was treated with budesonide,and the budesonide combined with terbutaline treatment group was treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline.To compare the effect of congenital heart disease combined with asthma pneumonia in two groups of children.The time when the asthma sounds disappeared,the time when the cough symptoms disappeared,and the time when the wet sound disappeared;the level of lung inflammation,QT dispersion and lung function of children before and after treatment;adverse reactions.Results In children treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline,the effect of congenital heart disease combined with asthma pneumonia,the time of disappearance of asthma,the time of disappearance of cough symptoms,the time of disappearance of dampness,the level of lung inflammation monitoring,QT dispersion and lung function were compared the budesonide treatment group was better,P<0.05.The adverse effects of budesonide combined with terbutarene were similar to those of budesonide treatment group,P>0.05.Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline in the treatment of congenital heart disease and asthma pneumonia in children is effective,can obtain ideal results,better speed up the disappearance of symptoms,shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment,improve the lung function and heart function of children,and there is no obvious adverse reaction and high safety.
