摘  要:目的探讨膝半月板和关节软骨损伤应用CT与MRI临床诊断的意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省沈阳中大骨科医院就诊的80膝半月板和关节软骨损伤患者,其中40例接受临床MRI诊断,另外40例接受CT诊断,并比较MRI和CT检查在膝半月板和关节软骨损伤中的应用价值。结果MRI诊断外侧半月板损伤18例,内侧半月板损伤3例,关节软骨损伤13例,诊断率为85%,CT组外侧半月板损伤15例,内侧半月板损伤4例,关节软骨损伤13例,诊断率为80%,MRI诊断膝半月板和关节软骨损伤的检出率高于CT诊断,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI诊断膝半月板和关节软骨损伤比CT临床诊断更准确可靠,并且其在临床应用中具有较高的诊断价值。Objective To explore the clinical significance of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 knee patients with meniscus and articular cartilage injury were selected in the Shenyang Zhongda Orthopaedic Hospital.Among them,40 patients received clinical MRI diagnosis and the other 40 patients received CT diagnosis.The application value of MRI and CT examination in knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury was compared.Results MRI diagnosis of lateral meniscus injury in 18 cases,medial meniscus injury in 3 cases,articular cartilage injury in 13 cases,the diagnostic rate was 85%.CT diagnosis of lateral meniscus injury in 15 cases,medial meniscus injury in 4 cases,articular cartilage injury in 13 cases,the diagnostic rate was 80%.The detection rate of MRI in the diagnosis of knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury was higher than that of CT diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI diagnosis of knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury is more accurate and reliable than CT clinical diagnosis,and it has high diagnostic value in clinical application.
