不同种类阿片类药物对甲状腺手术患者麻醉复苏的影响评价

摘　　要：目的评价不同种类阿片类药物对甲状腺手术患者麻醉复苏的影响。方法选择2016年12月至2019年3月我院接收的甲状腺手术患者50例,随机分为A组(共16例)、B组(共17例)、C组(共17例),A组给予舒芬太尼,B组给予地佐辛,C组给予曲马多,比较3组的麻醉效果。结果在T_(2)时间点,A组、B组、C组的舒张压显著高于T_(1);在T_(2)时间点,A组、B组、C组的心率显著高于T_(1)、T_(4)、T_(5),P<0.05。在T_(3)、T_(4)、T_(5)时,A组的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分显著低于B组,C组,P<0.05。结论甲状腺手术麻醉工作中应用舒芬太尼较地佐辛、曲马多能够改善患者的心率、舒张压、VAS评分,能够获得更为理想的效果。Objective To study the effects and functions of different types of opioids in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 50 thyroid surgery cases received by our hospital from December 2016 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into group A(A total of 16 cases),group B(A total of 17 cases)and group C(A total of 17 cases).Group A was given sufentanil first,while group B was given desoxocin,and group C was given tramadol.The results of the three groups were compared.Results In T_(2),the diastolic blood pressure of group A,B and C was significantly higher than that of T_(1),and in T_(2),the heart rate of groups A,B and C was significantly higher than that of T_(1),T_(4) and T_(5),P<0.05.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in T_(3),T_(4) and T_(5) in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil can improve heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and VAS score in patients with thyroid surgery anesthesia compared with desoxocin and tramadol.
