丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合西药治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合西药治疗子宫腺肌病(AM)的临床疗效。方法将2020年1月至2020年12月在我中心进行妇科治疗的92例AM患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=46)采取常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组(n=46)使用丹黄祛瘀胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、血液流变学指标、血清因子水平变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.48%,明显高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05);经过治疗后,观察组痛经、下腹痛、下腹包块、神疲乏力等中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CA125、VEGF水平明显低于对照组,Hb水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合西药治疗AM的临床疗效显著,能有效缓解证候,降低血液黏稠度,抑制子宫内膜过度增殖。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of danhuang quyu capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of adenomyosis(AM).Methods The 92 AM patients undergoing gynecological treatment in our center from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=46)was treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the observation group(n=46)use danhuang quyu capsule for treatment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome integral,hemorheology indexes,and changes in serum factor levels were compared between the two groups.Result The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than 73.91%in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as dysmenorrhea,lower abdominal pain,lower abdominal mass,and fatigue in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control Group(P<0.05);the observation group's whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,and fibrinogen levels were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group's CA125 and VEGF levels were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the Hb level was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhuang quyu capsules combined with western medicine have significant clinical effects in the treatment of AM,which can effectively relieve the symptoms,reduce blood viscosity,and inhibit the excessive proliferation of the endometrium.
