偏瘫肢体康复训练在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析偏瘫肢体康复训练在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取在沈阳市第十人民医院进行治疗的70例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,时间为2016年5月至2017年5月,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组(n=35,常规护理方法)和观察组(n=35,在对照组的基础上加强偏瘫康复训练护理)。比较两组患者的护理满意度、生活质量、精神状态、日常生活能力及临床疗效。结果观察组的护理满意度、生活质量各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组MMSE评分、ADL评分比较均无差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组MMSE评分、ADL评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死患者的护理干预过程中,采用康复训练护理干预能有效改善患者的生活质量、精神状态、日常生活能力,并提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training nursing in cerebral infarction nursing.Methods Seventy patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects.The study subjects were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing methods,while the patients in the observation group were given hemiplegia rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,mental state,daily living ability score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in MMSE score and ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the MMSE score and ADL score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction,the use of rehabilitation training nursing intervention can effectively improve the patient's quality of life,mental state,and ability of daily living,and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
