知信行护理干预在老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折手术患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨知信行护理干预在老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折手术患者中的应用价值。方法在2019年1月至2020年2月,选取在本院行手术治疗的老年(≥60岁)胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者76例,将其按照随机数字表法分成两组,每组38例,对照组开展传统护理,观察组在此基础上实施知信行护理干预,对比两组腰背肌功能恢复情况,并用知信行问卷对两组知信行评分进行调查。结果观察组护理后腰背肌功能恢复优良率(76.32%)、知信行评分相比对照组显著偏高(P<0.05)。结论针对老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折,通过开展知信行护理干预,能促进腰背肌功能恢复,提高知信行水平。Objective To explore the application value of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model nursing intervention in elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture surgery.Methods From January 2019 to February 2020,76 elderly patients(≥60 years old)with thoracolumbar compression fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table,with 38 cases in each group.The control group carried out traditional nursing,and the observation group implemented knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model intervention on this basis,compared the recovery of the back muscle function of the two groups,and used the knowledge-information-action questionnaire to investigate the knowledge-information-action scores of the two groups.Results The excellent rate of lumbar and back muscle function recovery(76.32%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(50.00%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total score of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For the compression fractures of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae in the elderly,the nursing intervention of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model can promote the recovery of the function of the lower back muscles,improve the level of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model.
