心理护理对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者不良心理的影响

摘　　要：目的探究心理护理对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者不良心理的影响。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的48例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者作为研究对象。将所有患者随机均分成试验组、对照组,各24例。对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者给予常规护理基础上行心理护理干预。观察、对比两组患者的不良情绪改善情况、治疗依从性、生活质量情况、疾病知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果两组患者干预后SAS、SDS评分明显低于干预前,且试验组比对照组低,P<0.05。两组患者干预后生活质量评分、疾病知识掌握评分均明显高于干预前,且试验组比对照组高,P<0.05。试验组患者治疗依从性、护理满意度比对照组高,P<0.05。结论给予慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者针对性心理护理干预可有效缓解患者不良情绪,提高患者治疗依从性及疾病知识掌握度,改善患者生活质量。Objectives Exploring the impact of psychological care on the adverse psychology of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Forty-eight patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,24 cases each.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the psychological care intervention based on routine nursing was given to the experimental group.Observed and compared the improvement of adverse emotions,treatment compliance,quality of life,knowledge of disease knowledge and satisfaction of nursing in the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.The quality of life score and disease knowledge mastery scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing intervention for patients with chronic hepatitis B can effectively alleviate the patient's bad mood,improve the patient's treatment compliance and disease knowledge,and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
