摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对大肠癌行腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术患者精神状态的影响。方法选取在大连大学附属新华医院普外一科的80例大肠癌腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术患者为研究对象,时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组40例患者采用传统护理方法,试验组40例患者在对照组的基础上加用综合护理干预。采用抑郁和焦虑自评量表对患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪进行评价;采用护理满意度对两组患者护理情况进行评价。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者的护理满意程度相对更高,而焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分相对更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对大肠癌腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术患者精神状态的影响效果显著,患者的护理满意程度相对更高,可降低患者的抑郁程度。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the mental state of patients with colorectal cancer undergoing abdominoperineal combined with rectal cancer radical operation.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing abdominoperineal combined radical resection of rectal cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The 40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing methods,and 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was used to evaluate the depression and anxiety of the patients;the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the experimental group had a higher degree of nursing satisfaction,while the scores of SAS and SDS were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the mental state of patients with colorectal cancer undergoing abdominoperineal combined with rectal cancer radical resection is significant,and the nursing satisfaction of patients is relatively higher,which can reduce the degree of depression of patients.
