民办高校基于产业学院的县域电商信息化人才校企协同培养研究——以黑龙江财经学院商务信息化人才培养为例  被引量:9

摘  要:随着乡村振兴战略的提出,农村电子商务进入了飞速发展时期,因此需要大量的县域电商信息化人才。为更精准地培养合格的县域电商信息化人才,针对电子商务专业人才培养存在的问题,黑龙江财经学院提出基于产业学院的“211产教一体”人才培养模式,借助OBE的专业认证理念形成县域电商信息化人才培养闭环、职业岗位能力培养闭环、教学项目能力培养闭环。电商产业学院运行的实践表明,该模式有利于使学生成为县域电商建设需要的复合型人才,具有一定的参考价值。With the proposal of rural revitalization strategy,rural e-commerce has entered the period of rapid development,so a large number of county e-commerce informatization talents are needed.In order to cultivate qualified county e-commerce informatization talents more accurately,and aiming at the problems that exist in the cultivation of e-commerce professional personnel training,Heilongjiang university of Finance and Economics puts forward the talent cultivation model of“211 unification of production and education”,and with the help of OBE’s concept of professional certification,forms the closed loops respectively in county e-commerce informatization talents,professional ability cultivation,and teaching ability cultivation.The practice of e-commerce industrial college shows that this model can help the students become the compound talents needed in the construction of county e-commerce,and it has certain reference value.
