胺碘酮在心力衰竭伴心率失常患者治疗中的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析对心力衰竭伴心率失常患者实施胺碘酮治疗的临床疗效以及安全性,以此为相关治疗提供参考。方法采取抽签法将2016年7月至2019年2月我院收治的104例心力衰竭伴心率失常患者分为对照组(52例,给予开展常规治疗)和观察组(52例,给予采用胺碘酮治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后血流动力学参数、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.15%(50/52),高于对照组的80.77%(42/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的血流动力参数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的血流动力参数较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为5.77%(3/52),低于对照组的19.23%(10/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对心力衰竭伴心率失常患者实施胺碘酮治疗的临床效果显著,不良反应发生率较低,临床用药安全系数较高。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of amiodarone in patients with heart failure and arrhythmia,so as to provide guidance for related treatment.Methods From July 2016 to February 2019,104 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia were divided into the reference group(52 cases,given routine treatment)and the observation group(52 cases,given amiodarone treatment).The treatment effects,hemodynamic parameters before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.15%(50/52),which was higher than 80.77%(42/52)in the reference group,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the hemodynamic parameters of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the hemodynamic parameters of the observation group after treatment were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.77%(3/52),which was lower than 19.23%(10/52)in the reference group,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of amiodarone treatment in patients with heart failure and arrhythmia is significant,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the safety factor of clinical medication is high.
