二维超声联合四维超声对不同孕周产前超声筛查胎儿畸形的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究二维超声联合四维超声对不同孕周产前超声筛查胎儿畸形的临床价值。方法此次研究选取的研究对象分别为处于孕早期、孕中期与孕晚期的高危孕妇88例,选取时间为2017年1月至2018年12月,所有产妇均行二维彩超检查与四维彩超检查,分别统计两种方法的畸形诊断正确率,比对特异性与敏感度,使用统计学进行分析。结果比对畸形诊断正确率,四维超声联合二维超声明显优于二维超声,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四维超声特异度为98.23%,敏感度为98.12%,二维超声特异度为82.49%,敏感度为76.89%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比对两组检查的确诊率,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不同孕周孕妇实施四维超声诊断,可有效筛查胎儿畸形,诊断准确率较高,且妊娠中期胎儿畸形筛查准确率最高。Objective To investigate the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with four-dimensional ultrasonography in screening fetal malformations before and after pregnancy.Methods Eighty-eight high-risk pregnant women were selected for this study,namely,early pregnancy,middle pregnancy and late pregnancy.The selection time was January 2017 to December 2018.All pregnant women were tested for two-dimensional color and four-dimensional color.Superexamination,respectively,statistics on the correct diagnosis of malformations of the two methods,comparison to specificity and sensitivity,using statistical analysis.Results Compared with the correct diagnosis rate of malformations,four-dimensional ultrasound combined with two-dimensional ultrasound was superior to two-dimensional ultrasound,and the difference between groups was P<0.05,which produced statistical significance.The four-dimensional ultrasound specificity was 98.23%,the sensitivity was 98.12%,the two-dimensional ultrasound specificity was 82.49%,and the sensitivity was 76.89%.The difference between the groups was statistical significance P<0.05.Compared with the diagnosis rate of the two groups,the difference between the groups was statistical significance P<0.05.Conclusion Four-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis can be used to detect fetal malformations,and the accuracy of diagnosis is high.
