血清标本发生溶血和脂血对生化检验结果的影响

摘　　要：目的评价血清标本出现溶血和脂血对生化检验结果的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年7月来我院进行检查的30份正常血清标本作为正常组,选择同期来我院进行检查的30份溶血标本作为溶血组,选择同期到我院进行检查的30份脂血标本作为脂血组,对所有标本的检验情况进行回顾性分析和比对,评价血清标本出现溶血和脂血对生化检验结果的影响。结果溶血组的血清AST、ALT、LDH、CHOL、K+检测结果明显比正常组高,ALP检测结果低于正常组(P<0.05);溶血组的血清BUN、Cr、TG、GLU、UA和正常组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);脂血组血清GLU、AST、ALT、ALP、UA明显比正常组高(P<0.05),K+明显比正常组低(P<0.05);脂血组BUN、Cr、TG、GLU、LDH、CHOL和正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清标本发生溶血和脂血均会对生化检验结果产生影响,导致生化检验结果不准确。临床在进行生化检验过程中需严格防止出现溶血和脂血情况,以确保生化检验结果的准确性。Objective To evaluate the effect of hemolysis and lipemia on the results of biochemical tests in serum samples.Methods Thirty normal serum samples from our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the normal group,30 hemolyzed specimens from our hospital for the same period were selected as the hemolysis group of this study,30 lipid samples examined were used as the lipemia group of this study.The examination of all specimens was retrospectively analyzed and compared,and the effects of hemolysis and lipemia on the biochemical test results were evaluated.Results The results of AST,ALT,LDH,CHOL and K+in the serum of the hemolysis group were significantly higher than those in the normal group,the ALP was lower than the normal group(P<0.05).The serum BUN,Cr,TG,GLU,UA of the hemolysis group was no difference than the normal group(P>0.05);the serum GLU,AST,ALT,ALP,UA in the serum group were significantly higher than the normal group(P<0.05);while K+was significantly lower than the normal group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BUN,Cr,TG,GLU,LDH,CHOL between the normal group and the serum group(P>0.05).Conclusion The hemolysis and hemostasis of serum samples will affect the biochemical test results,which may lead to inaccurate biochemical test results.In the clinical need to strictly prevent hemolysis and hemostasis during the relevant biochemical test,to ensure the accuracy of biochemical test results.
