欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的效果及护理体会

摘　　要：目的评价在宫缩乏力性产后出血的产妇中应用欣母沛(卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液)治疗的效果及有效护理方法。方法选取2018年2月至2019年10月于我院分娩的130例宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组65例,两组均采用欣母沛治疗,观察组配合优质护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组产后出血量明显比对照组少[(258.46±55.15)mL vs.(384.51±103.45)mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后止血有效率明显高于对照组(95.38%vs.80.00%),用药不良反应发生率低于对照组(7.69%vs.21.54%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对行欣母沛治疗的宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇,配合优质护理方法进行干预可有效减少产后出血量,提升止血效果,降低用药不良反应的发生率。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and effective nursing methods of xinmupei(calprost tromethamine injection)in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with uterine atony.Methods From February 2018 to October 2019,130 cases of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine attenuation who gave birth in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with xinmubei,the observation group was treated with high-quality nursing,and the control group was treated with conventional nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group[(258.46±55.15)mL vs.(384.51±103.45)mL],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of postpartum hemostasis in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control(95.38%vs.80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(7.69%vs.21.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of xinmupei in the treatment of uterine contraction and postpartum hemorrhage with high-quality nursing means can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage,improve hemostasis and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
