摘 要:目的探讨人性化护理模式在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值。方法2017年10月至2019年11月,将76例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组38例(常规护理);观察组38例(人性化护理模式)。对比两组的护理满意度、血糖水平以及心理健康状况。结果两组患者护理满意度分别为76.32%、97.37%(P<0.05)。两组患者心理健康状况评分差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者心理健康状况评分差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者采用人性化护理模式,能够有效改善其心理健康状态以及血糖水平,提高其护理满意度,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the application value of humanized nursing mode in the nursing of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods From October 2017 to November 2019,76 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as study subjects and divided into control group with 38 cases(routine nursing care)by lottery.Observation group 38 cases(humanized nursing mode).The nursing satisfaction,blood glucose level and mental health status of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups was 76.32%and 97.37%(P<0.05).The scores of mental health status of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The scores of mental health status of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing mode for type 2 diabetes patients can effectively improve their mental health status and blood glucose level,improve their nursing satisfaction,with high clinical application value.
