干预性护理对肠镜下结肠息肉切除术患者预后效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探究干预性护理对肠镜下结肠息肉切除术患者预后效果的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月我院收治的40例结肠息肉患者作为试验组(给予干预性护理),选择同期40例结肠息肉患者作为对照组(给予常规护理),两组患者均采用肠镜下结肠息肉切除术治疗,比较两组患者的预后效果。结果试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用肠镜下结肠息肉切除术治疗结肠息肉患者的同时加强干预性护理,能够显著提高预后效果,降低并发症率,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of interventional nursing on the prognosis of patients undergoing colonoscopic polypectomy.Methods Select 40 patients with colon polyps admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as the experimental group(given interventional nursing),select 40 patients with colon polyps during the same period as the control group(given routine nursing),and both groups of patients were received colonic polypectomy under colonoscopy,compare the prognostic effects of the two groups of patients.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of colonoscopic polypectomy to treat patients with colonic polyps while strengthening interventional care can significantly improve the prognosis,reduce the complication rate,and improve nursing satisfaction.
