摘 要:内分泌科是理论知识体系抽象复杂,疾病表现累及全身多个系统,具有多样化的症状及体征,需要在临床实习阶段结合病例逐一认证、认真分析和反复强化才能融会贯通的学科。而临床实习过程中存在着学生不重视临床思维训练,不能主动思考和分析问题;带教老师习惯性的带教模式难以满足加强临床思维培训的新要求等问题。在卓越医师人才培养目标下,翻转课堂等一系列创新教学模式在临床教学中广泛开展,在多学科应用中显示出角色转换后激发学生主动创新的思维训练效果。文章中就内分泌学科特点和临床实习存在的问题,在内分泌科临床实习阶段构建翻转课堂模式,设计教学流程,以进一步提高临床实习的教学质量。Endocrinology is a complex theoretical knowledge system,in which diseases have various symptoms and signs involving many systems of the whole body.It needs to be certified,carefully analyzed and repeatedly strengthened in clinical practice stage in combination with cases.There are problems in the process of clinical practice,such as students do not pay attention to clinical thinking training,can not actively think and analyze problems,and teachers’habitual teaching mode can not meet the new requirements of strengthening clinical thinking training.Under the goal of training excellent doctors,a series of innovative teaching modes,such as flipped classroom,are widely carried out in clinical teaching,and have shown the effect of thinking training to stimulate students’initiative innovation after role transformation in multi-disciplinary application.Based on the characteristics of endocrinology and the problems existing in clinical practice,we build a flipped classroom model and design teaching process in the clinical practice stage of endocrinology to further improve the teaching quality of clinical practice.
