摘　　要：随着社会的进步医疗事业的逐步推进,医学研究生的数量逐渐增加。在研究生培养过程中,也暴露出一些与时代相关的问题,比如心理问题。因此,不仅要注重对研究生诊病、治病能力的培养,还要考虑到研究生的心理健康问题。当代社会中,心理疾病的发生率不断地增加。不仅要培养出技术上合格的医学人才,也要培养出心理上过硬的医学人才。研究生导师作为研究生培养的第一责任人,应当深入思考,正确应对现有的问题,并积极做好研究生培养工作。重点是培养合格的人,并把各项基本理论、基本知识、基本技能完善到人的培养中,才能培养出一名合格的研究生,一名合格的医生。With the advancement of society and the gradual advancement of medical undertakings,the number of medical graduate students has gradually increased.In the course of postgraduate training,some issues related to the times,such as psychological problems,were also exposed.We must not only focus on the cultivation of postgraduates’ability to diagnose and treat diseases,but also consider the mental health problems of postgraduates.In contemporary society,the incidence of mental illnesses continues to increase.We must not only train medically qualified medical talents,but also cultivate psychologically strong medical talents.As the first person in charge of postgraduate training,the postgraduate instructor should think deeply,respond to the current problems correctly,and actively do the work of postgraduate training.The focus is to train qualified people,and perfecting all basic theories,basic knowledge,and basic skills into human training in order to train a qualified graduate student and a qualified doctor.
