摘  要:为了积极救护准噶尔雅罗鱼的种质资源,2019年首次在新疆精河入艾比湖三角洲开展准噶尔雅罗鱼标记放流,放流地点为艾比湖南岸湖滨区,标记方法有4种,分别是PIT频射芯片、色素注射、CWT线码和荧光(ARS)浸染标记,2019—2020年共标记3.2万尾。结果表明:准噶尔雅罗鱼PIT频射芯片标记伤口使用100 mg·L^(-1)的高锰酸钾溶液涂抹消毒,有利于损伤组织迅速结痂,减少损伤处病原体感染;色素注射标记颜色以绿色为佳,植入鱼类上额的皮下组织,标记横向长度为10~12 mm;CWT线码标记的植入位置为上额的皮下组织;荧光浸染标记中茜素红S(ARS)浓度160~180 mg·L^(-1)对准噶尔雅罗鱼未造成明显损伤;4种标记成活率均高于98.8%,标记保持率均高于93.7%,说明4种方法适合准噶尔雅罗鱼的放流标记。该结果可为准噶尔雅罗鱼的增殖放流及效果评估工作提供科研基础。In order to actively rescue the germplasm resources of Leuciscus merzbacheri,the experiment was conducted to release the labeled Leuciscus merzbacheri from JingheRiver to Ebinur Lake delta in Xinjiang firstly in 2019,and the releasing place was the lakeside area in the Southern Ebinur Lake.Four labeling methods including Passive integrated transponder(PIT),pigment injection labeling,Coded Wire Tag(CWT)line code and fluorescence(Alizarin Red S,ARS)staining were used,and a total of 32000 fish were labeled from 2019 to 2020.The results showed that 100 mg·L-1 potassium permanganate solution could be used in the fish wound formed in the PIT label method,which was conducive to the formation of injured tissue scab rapidly and the reduction of pathogen infection.The optimum color of pigment injection labeling method was green,the optimum injecting position was the subcutaneous tissue of the upper forehead,and the transverse length was 10-12 mm.The implantation position of CWT method was subcutaneous tissue of the upper forehead.The fluorescent staining showed that Alizarin Red S(ARS)concentration of 160-180 mg·L-1 did not cause obvious damage to the fish.The survival rate of the four markers was higher than 98.8%,and the retention rate was higher than 93.7%,indicating that all the four methods were suitable for the release marking of Leuciscus merzbacheri.This study could provide a scientific basis for the proliferation and release of Leuciscus merzbacheri and its effect evaluation.
