摘  要:寻求促进创伤修复、具有优良性能的伤口敷料是研究的热点和难点。壳聚糖基水凝胶因具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性、止血、促进细胞增殖和组织再生等性能,在伤口愈合药物研发领域前景十分广阔。本文介绍了伤口敷料及其种类、壳聚糖水凝胶及其特性、壳聚糖基水凝胶的制备方法及其促进伤口愈合的功能特性;同时,对壳聚糖基水凝胶在伤口敷料中的应用进行了综述和展望。本文能为壳聚糖基水凝胶伤口敷料的相关研究提供一些借鉴,对开发性能优良的伤口敷料具有一定的参考价值。It is a hot and difficult research topic to search for wound dressings with excellent performance to promote wound repair.Chitosan-based hydrogel,because of its great biocompatibility,biodegradability,hemostasis,promotion of cell proliferation and tissue regeneration,has a broad prospect in the field of wound healing drug research and development.Wound dressings and their types,chitosan hydrogels and their characteristics,preparation methods of chitosan-based hydrogels and their functional properties to promote wound healing are introduced.At the same time,the application of chitosan-based hydrogels in wound dressings was reviewed and prospected.This paper can provide some reference for the related research of chitosan-based hydrogel wound dressings,and has certain reference value for the development of excellent wound dressings.
