摘 要:由于传统方法对电路板故障检测中经常出现错检现象,且错检率较高,为此提出基于机器视觉的电路板故障检测方法。分析了电路板故障检测现状,基于此设计基于机器视觉的电路板故障检测方法。利用机器视觉技术采集电路板运行数据,运用参考法提取电路板运行数据中的故障信号,最后通过对故障信号的阈值处理和分析,识别到电路板故障位置,以此完成基于机器视觉的电路板故障检测。经实验证明,设计方法错检率低于传统方法,适用于电路板故障检测。As the traditional method of circuit board fault detection often has the phenomenon of false detection,and the false detection rate is high,this paper proposes a circuit board fault detection method based on machine vision.This paper analyzes the current situation of circuit board fault detection,and designs a circuit board fault detection method based on machine vision.The machine vision technology is used to collect the circuit board operation data,and the reference method is used to extract the fault signal in the circuit board operation data.Finally,through the threshold processing and analysis of the fault signal,the fault location of the circuit board is identified,so as to complete the circuit board fault detection based on machine vision.The experimental results show that the error detection rate of the design method is lower than that of the traditional method,which is suitable for circuit board fault detection.
