摘　　要：经济新常态发展背景下,创新能力对区域发展具有重要意义。突破资源与环境的影响制约,迎接自贸港建设带来的机遇,保持海南经济的稳健发展,需深入实施创新驱动发展战略。探讨影响海南区域创新的因素,提出提升海南区域创新能力建议。Under the background of economic new normal development,innovation ability is of great significance to the development of Hainan.To break through the constraints of resources and environment and meet the opportunities brought by the construction of free trade port,the steady development of Hainan's economy needs to implement the innovation driven development strategy.This paper discusses the factors influencing Hainan's regional innovation,and puts forward some suggestions to improve Hainan's regional innovation ability.
