摘 要:目的比较医院中心制模式与传统单一模式在客户体检异常结果判定及处理流程中的应用效果。方法将于重庆医科大学附属大学城医院健康管理中心体检的161名体检异常客户作为研究对象,及于其他同等级医院体检的166名体检异常客户,我医疗中心采用中心制模式判定及处理客户体检异常结果,其他同等级医院采用传统单一流程模式判定及处理客户体检异常结果,分别设为试验组及对照组;对比两组客户平均挂号次数及异常结果得到处理的时间,客户等待焦虑度及体验满意度等指标。结果采用中心制模式进行体检异常结果判定及处理流程的客户,相较于传统单一流程模式,平均挂号次数(1.51±0.11 vs.1.83±0.26次),体检异常结果得到处理的时间(当日处理例数,147例vs.136例),客户等待焦虑度(轻度焦虑,14.9%vs.27.1%)及客户满意度方面(95.0%vs.86.2%),试验组均比对照组更有优势。结论中心制模式在体检异常结果处理中具有较高的应用价值,能有效减少客户的挂号次数、等待时间,降低客户等待焦虑度及提高客户满意度。Objective To compare the application effect of hospital central system mode and traditional single mode in the interpretation and processing of abnormal results of customer physical examination.Methods A hundred and sixty-one customers with abnormal physical examination results in the health management center of the University Town Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University,and 166 customers with abnormal physical examination results in other hospitals of the same level were included.Since the health management center of the University Town Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University adapted central system mode to interpret and process the abnormal physical examination results while the other hospitals adapted traditional single mode,customers were divided into the experimental group and the control group,accordingly.The average number of registration,processing time of abnormal results,customer waiting anxiety,and experience satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results When comparing the central system mode with traditional single mode in the interpretation and processing of abnormal results of customer physical examination,the experimental group was superior to the control group in average number of registration(1.51±0.11 vs.1.83±0.26),processing time of abnormal physical examination results(number of cases processed daily,147 vs.136),customer waiting anxiety(mild anxiety,14.9%vs.27.1%),and experience satisfaction(95.0%vs.86.2%).Conclusion Central system mode has high application value in the processing of abnormal physical examination results,which can effectively reduce the number of registration and waiting time,lower customer waiting anxiety and improve customer satisfaction.
