规培护士医疗锐器伤暴露特点及防护需求调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查规范化培训(简称“规培”)护士锐器伤暴露特点及防护需求,为降低锐器伤暴露风险提供证据支持和对策建议。方法选取2020年12月25日至2021年1月15日在四川地区三级甲等医院规培护士共980名作为研究对象,对医疗锐器伤暴露情况进行问卷调查。结果规培护士锐器伤发生率为34.08%。规培前6个月锐器伤暴露占比37.76%,每日8∶00-12∶00和12∶00-16∶00为锐器伤暴露高峰时段。61.86%的锐器伤暴露在住院病房,接触传染源达22.01%。锐器伤暴露后的上报率仅为37.19%,49.53%的规培护士在锐器伤暴露后存在焦虑,34.54%存在恐惧。90.51%规培护士认为最有效的防护措施是提供安全的护理器械。结论规培护士锐器伤发生率高,具有较高的职业防护需求,应落实有效的职业防护措施,降低职业暴露风险。Objective To investigate the characteristics of medical sharp injury exposure and protection needs of nurses undergoing standardized training,so as to provide evidence support and countermeasures to reduce the risk of sharp injury exposure.Methods A total of 980 nurses undergoing standardized training from December 25,2020 to January 15,2021 in grade 3 class A hospitals in Sichuan Province were enrolled.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the medical sharp injury exposure.Results The incidence of sharp injuries among nurses undergoing standardized training was 34.08%.The rate of sharp injury exposure in the first 6 months of standardized training was 37.76%,with 8∶00-12∶00 and 12∶00-16∶00 every day as the peak period.And 61.86%of sharp injury exposure occurred in the inpatient wards,and 22.01%of which was exposure to infectious sources.Only 37.19%of the sharp injury exposure was reported.After exposure to sharp injuries,49.53%of the nurses had anxiety and 34.54%had fear.And 90.51%of the nurses believe that the most effective protective measure was to provide safe nursing equipment.Conclusion Nurses undergoing standardized training have high demand for occupational protection since they face high incidence of sharp injuries.Effective occupational protection measures should be implemented to reduce the risk of occupational exposure.
