摘　　要：变革性技术创新对于能源等重要领域的技术和产业发展具有十分重要的意义。文章以美国能源高级研究计划局(ARPA-E)为案例,探究其推动变革性技术发展的组织文化、制度设置和项目管理机制等,得出若干规律性的认识,提出对中国促进变革性技术发展有借鉴意义的若干建议。Innovation of transformative technological is of great significance to the development of technology and industry in energy and other important fields.Based on the case study of the United States Energy Advanced Research Projects Agency(ARPA-E),this paper explored the measures taken by ARPA-E to promote the development of transformative technologies in terms of organizational culture,institutional setting and project management mechanism,drew some conclusions,and put forward some useful suggestions for China'promoting the development of transformative technologies.
