摘　　要：发电机组励磁碳刷打火这种不正常运行现象在机组运行过程中时有发生,因该问题逐步恶化导致设备事故或机组非计划停机的教训也屡见不鲜,因此查找原因、采取措施消除励磁碳刷打火现象具有深刻意义。对境外某水电厂发电机组励磁碳刷打火现象的主要原因进行了综合分析,根据现场实际条件提出并实施针对性的防范措施,抑制了碳刷打火现象,并对下一步彻底消除该现象提出了改造处置建议。The abnormal operation phenomenon of generator set excitation carbon brush ignition occurs from time to time during the operation of the unit.The lessons of equipment accidents or unplanned shutdown of the unit due to the gradual deterioration of the problem are also common,so find the cause and take measures to eliminate the excitation.The phenomenon of carbon brush ignition has profound significance.This article comprehensively analyzes the main reasons for the ignition of the carbon brushes of a generator set in an overseas hydropower plant,and proposes and implements targeted preventive measures based on the actual conditions of the site to suppress the ignition of the carbon brushes,and completely eliminate the phenomenon in the next step.Proposals for modification and disposal are put forward.
