智能电网环境下光伏发电运用到电厂经济运行模型研究

摘  要:随着经济的发展,环境问题与电力等能源需求的快速增长之间的矛盾日益突出。因此,大力发展清洁能源,提高清洁能源在总能源中的比重,提高资源利用效率,已成为解决新时期能源问题的研究热点之一。智能电网是利用先进的信息技术,全面、动态地整合用户端的资源,平衡供电缺口,实现系统整体运行的优化管理。化石能源的持续消耗,光伏发电的普及都会影响电网的安全稳定运行。阐述了电厂配置新能源光伏发电后经济运行的影响因素;通过优化电厂相关配置以及约束条件的改善,为电厂经济运行提供一些可行性方案;最后以具体的案例通过对电厂调度数据、电厂综合配置情况进行分析计算,得出电厂优化的经济运行方案,使得电厂在弃电量、缺电量、与电网净交易电量、净现成本和度电成本一系列指标达优。With the development of economy,the contradiction between environmental problems and the rapid growth of energy demand such as electricity has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,developing clean energy,increasing the proportion of clean energy in the total energy and improving the efficiency of resource utilization have become one of the research hotspots to solve the energy problems in the new era.Smart grid is the use of advanced information technology,comprehensive and dynamic integration of user resources.Balance the power supply gap and realize the optimal management of the overall operation of the system.The continuous consumption of fossil energy and the popularization of photovoltaic power generation will affect the safe and stable operation of power grid.This paper describes the influencing factors of the economic operation of the power plant after the configuration of new energy photovoltaic power generation;through the optimization of the relevant configuration of the power plant and the improvement of the constraint conditions,it provides some feasible economic schemes for the economic operation of the power plant;finally,through the analysis and calculation of the power plant dispatching data and the comprehensive configuration of the power plant,it obtains the optimized economic operation scheme of the power plant,which makes the power plant run smoothly A series of indexes of abandoned power,power shortage,net trading power with power grid,net cash cost and per kilowatt hour power cost are optimized.
