摘  要:随着现代化进程的不断推进,作为各行业主要驱动能源的电力需求量不断增加,电力电缆的使用规模也随之增加。交联聚乙烯是一种具有良好绝缘性能的绝缘材料,还具有抗腐蚀、质量轻、易敷设、耐热等优势效果,以其为绝缘材料的电力电缆在电力系统中得到广泛应用。文章对交联聚乙烯电缆的开裂原因进行了分析,提出了干法绝缘材料规避水树枝老化、控制电源频率及温度抑制电树枝老化、设置防护规避硫化物抑制化学树枝老化、使用抗氧化材料和遮阳处理措施应对热老化问题等措施,希望为行业相关人员提供指引。With the continuous advancement of the modernization process,the demand for electricity,which is the main driving energy for various industries,continues to increase,and the scale of use of power cables also increases.Cross-linked polyethylene is an insulating material with good insulating properties.It also has the advantages of corrosion resistance,light weight,easy laying,and heat resistance.Power cables using it as an insulating material are widely used in power systems.This article analyzes the causes of the cracking of cross-linked polyethylene cables,and proposes that dry insulation materials avoid water tree aging,control power frequency and temperature to inhibit electrical tree aging,set protection to avoid sulfide to inhibit chemical tree aging,use anti-oxidant materials and Shading treatment measures to deal with thermal aging problems and other measures,hoping to provide guidance for relevant personnel in the industry.
