摘　　要：现如今,校园信息化管理已处于常态化,运用网络化远程管理将成为一种必然的趋势。校园邮箱作为重要的信息载体之一,在远程教学、居家办公中使用的频率越来越高。在日常校园邮箱的使用中会遇到诸多的常见问题,如何在拥有时效性、便捷性的前提下,解决邮箱日常产生问题的同时,以信息化知识和信息化技术,助力校园邮箱,提供个性化管理服务,是值得去开展实践与思考的。Nowadays,the campus information management has been in the normalization,the use of network remote management will become an inevitable trend.As one of the important information carriers,campus mailbox is used more and more frequently in distance education and home office.In the daily use of campus mailbox,we will encounter many common problems.How to solve the daily problems of the mailbox on the premise of timeliness and convenience,at the same time,help the campus mailbox with information knowledge and information technology,and provide personalized management services,is worth carrying out practice and thinking.
