痔瘘洗剂配合改良式手术治疗肛瘘30例

摘　　要：目的观察痔瘘洗剂配合改良式手术治疗肛瘘的疗效。方法将60例肛瘘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组和观察组患者均予以改良式手术治疗,前者术后予以高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴,后者予以痔瘘洗剂熏洗坐浴。比较两组患者术后第3、7天疼痛、水肿、渗液评分,创面愈合时间,术后创面瘢痕大小及临床疗效。结果两组患者术后第7天水肿、渗液评分均较术后第3天显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后第3、7天疼痛、水肿、渗液评分差值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者术后创面愈合时间明显缩短(P<0.05),创面瘢痕明显缩小(P<0.05)。两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔瘘洗剂配合改良式手术治疗肛瘘临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemorrhoids-fistula lotion combined with modified surgical treatment for anal fistula.Methods A total of 60 patients with anal fistula were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group received modified surgical treatment and fumigation-washing sitz bath with hemorrhoids-fistula lotion after surgery,and those in the control group received modified surgical treatment and fumigation-washing sitz bath with potassium permanganate solution after surgery.The two groups were compared in terms of the scores of pain,edema,and exudation on days 3 and 7 after surgery,wound healing time,size of postoperative wound scar,and clinical outcome.Results Both groups had significant reductions in the scores of edema and exudation from day 3 to day 7 after surgery(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the scores of pain,edema,and exudation between the two groups on days 3 and 7 after surgery(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a significantly shorter wound healing time(P<0.05)and a significantly smaller postoperative wound scar(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in clinical outcome between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemorrhoids-fistula lotion combined with modified surgical treatment has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of anal fistula.
