添加剂对Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4)陶瓷微波介电性能的影响

摘  要:针对Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4)微波介质陶瓷烧结温度高和介质损耗大等问题,以ZnO、NiO、La_(2)O_(3)和Nb_(2)O_(5)为添加剂,在同一试验条件下,制备了复合方式不同的Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4),并对其物相组成、烧结行为、微观形貌和微波介电性能等进行了研究。研究结果表明:当添加w(ZnO)=1%,w(NiO)=0.2%,w(Nb_(2)O_(5))=1%并经1350℃烧结3 h,可获得微波介电性能优异的Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4)陶瓷(相对介电常数ε_(r)=38,品质因数Qf=45898 GHz,谐振频率温度系数τ_(f)=-2.2×10^(-6)℃^(-1)),此时其相对密度为98.6%。与无添加剂的Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4)相比,烧结温度明显降低,Qf值得到显著提升。ZnO与NiO可以降低Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4)的烧结温度,NiO和Nb_(2)O_(5)可以增大Qf值。To solve the problem of the high sintering temperature and high dielectric loss of Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4) microwave dielectric ceramics,the Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4) with different additive combination of ZnO,NiO,La_(2)O_(3) and Nb_(2)O_(5) were prepared at same conditions.The phase composition,sintering behavior,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4) were studied.The results show that the optimized microwave dielectric properties(ε_(r)=38,Qf=45898 GHz,τ_(f)=-2.2×10^(-6)℃^(-1))are obtained in the as-fabricated Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4) ceramic with w(ZnO)=1%,w(NiO)=0.2%,w(Nb_(2)O_(5))=1%at 1350℃for 3h and the corresponding relative density is 98.6%.Compared with Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4) without additives,the sintering temperature decreases significantly and Qf value increases significantly.ZnO and NiO can reduce the sintering temperature of Zr_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)TiO_(4) NiO and Nb_(2)O_(5) can increase the Qf value.
