摘 要:在磨削加工过程中,存在加工误差随加工顺序传递到下一道工序的问题。本文基于误差流理论,分析了上一道工序的加工误差对下一工序加工误差的影响,将工序间的误差传递关系用参数表达,未知的系统误差用非参数表达,基于泰勒公式建立了工序间误差传递的半参数模型。利用自然样条最小二乘法求解模型中的参数和半参数估计,将上述模型和参数求解方法应用于轴承套圈的内圈沟道的磨削加工过程中,并求解模型的残差、均方误差和平均绝对误差,然后进行模型验证。验证结果表明:半参数模型反映出内圈沟道多工序加工过程中的误差传递关系。与参数模型对比,半参数模型的均方误差从49.78降低到3.18,平均绝对误差从6.60降低到1.31,说明半参数模型精度更高,拟合效果更好。In the process of grinding,the machining error is transferred to the next process along with the processing sequence. Based on the stream of variation theory,the influence of the processing error of the previous process on that of the next process was analyzed.The error transfer relationship between processes was expressed by parameters,and the unknown system error was expressed by non parameters. A semi-parametric model of error transfer between processes was established based on the Taylor formula.The natural spline least square method was used to solve the parametric and semi-parametric estimation in the model.The above model and parameter solving method were applied to the grinding process of inner ring groove of bearing rings,and the residual error,mean square error and mean absolute error of the model were solved. The results show that the error propagation in the multi-step machining process of inner ring groove can be better reflected. Compared with the parametric model,the mean square error of the semi-parametric model is reduced from 49.78 to 3.18,and the mean absolute error is reduced from 6.60 to 1.31.The semi-parametric model has higher accuracy and better fitting effect.
