摘  要:为了研究20 m跨径的混凝土空心板梁桥在极限状态下的破坏模式,通过8 m缩尺梁替代20 m原型梁,并通过有限元分析和单梁静载试验验证其合理性。对8 m缩尺空心板梁进行单梁及三片梁铰接体系静载结构试验,揭示了板梁损伤及铰缝损伤劣化规律。试验结果表明:8 m缩尺梁可以在一定程度上反映出20 m原型梁结构的力学性能规律。荷载作用下中梁跨中产生的下挠和应变最大,板梁产生损伤后将迅速发生破坏。铰缝未产生严重损伤前,板梁的挠度、梁底应变与荷载呈线性变化关系;达到严重损伤刚度发生转变后,则呈非线性变化,且铰缝的开合和错台数值发生较快增长。In order to study the failure mode of 20 m span concrete hollow slab girder bridge in the ultimate state,the 8 m scaled beam was used to instead of 20 m prototype beam,and the finite element analysis and single beam static load test were used to verify its rationality.The static load structural tests of single beam and three piece beam hinged system were carried out on 8 m prestressed hollow slab beam.The damage law of plate beam and hinge joint was revealed.The test results show that the 8 m scaled beam can reflect the mechanical properties of the 20 m prototype beam structure to a certain extent.With the action of load,the deflection and strain in the middle span of the middle beam are the largest,and the plate beam will be destroyed rapidly after damage occurring.Before the hinge joint reaches the stage of serious damage,the deflection and strain of the beam soleplate plate have a linear relationship with the load.The stiffness of the plate beam changes when the hinge joint reaches the stage of serious damage,and the deflection and strain of the beam floor has not a linear relation with the load.Moreover,the retraction and the staggering value of the hinge joint increase rapidly.
