扶正固表防感方干预新型冠状病毒肺炎高危人群的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药扶正固表防感方对新冠肺炎高危人群的临床预防效果。方法:将高危人群随机分为干预组和对照组各240例,干预组给予中药扶正固表防感方;对照组不采用任何干预措施。比较两组新冠肺炎发病率、临床分型及上呼吸道感染、腹泻等症状发生情况。结果:服药两个疗程后干预组新冠肺炎确诊1人为轻型病例,发病晚,密接后11天发病;对照组9人,轻型1人,普通型7人,重型1人,发病均较早。两组观察7天及14天时,干预组出现上呼吸道感染及腹泻症状人数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预组间比较(P>0.05)。结论:中药扶正固表防感方对新冠肺炎有明显的预防作用,对上呼吸道感染亦有预防作用,连续使用2个疗程后效果更明显。Objective:To observe the clinical preventive effect of Chinese medicine Fuzheng Gubiao Fanggan Decoction on high risk group of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Method:The high risk group were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group with 240 cases each.The intervention group was given Chinese medicine Fuzheng Gubiao Fanggan Fang.The control group did not take any intervention measures.The incidence of COVID-19,clinical classification,upper respiratory tract infection,diarrhea and other symptoms were compared between the two groups.Result:After two courses of treatment,one person in the intervention group was diagnosed as a mild case of COVID-19.The onset was late,and the onset was 11 days after the close contact.In the control group,9 people were diagnosed as COVID-19,including 1 light type,7 normal type,and 1 severe type,and all of them had earlier onset.When the two groups were observed for 7 days and 14 days,the number of upper respiratory tract infections and diarrhea symptoms in the intervention group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and comparison between intervention groups didn’t has significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Gubiao Fanggan Decoction has obvious preventive effect on COVID-19,and also has preventive effect on upper respiratory tract infection.The effect is more obvious after two consecutive courses of treatment.
