摘　　要：中医临床类人才为健康服务的能力,其中重要的一方面体现在对中药的驾驭能力,即对中药综合知识的掌握程度——达药能力。丰富教学资源,整合关联课程,完善达药能力是优化"经典、名师、临证、达药"的中医临床类人才培养新模式的关键。The ability of clinical talents of traditional Chinese Medicine to provide health service,to a large extent,is reflected in how well they know the medicine,that is their ability to have a command of the comprehensive knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine——"the ability to master medicine".Enriching teaching resources,integrating related courses and improving the ability to master medicine are the key to optimize the new "read classics,learn from masters,practice in clinic,proficient in medicine" training mode of clinical talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
