摘　　要：第二产程是指胎儿娩出期,也是产妇正常分娩的关键时期。第二产程延长容易发生产妇产后出血、软产道裂伤、胎儿宫内窘迫及新生儿窒息等一系列问题,严重影响母婴安全。而产妇的疼痛程度、分娩体位对第二产程均具有较大的影响。缩短第二产程,保障胎儿安全,降低产妇疼痛感,提高分娩满意度是当前的研究重点。本文现对第二产程分娩体位对产程及分娩结局的影响进行综述,以期为第二产程体位的科学管理提供参考依据。The second stage of labor refers to the period of delivery of the fetus,and it is also a critical period for the normal delivery of mothers.The prolongation of the second stage of labor is prone to a series of problems such as postpartum hemorrhage,soft birth canal laceration,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia,which seriously affect the safety of mothers and babies.The pain degree of the parturient and the delivery position have a greater impact on the second stage of labor.Shortening the second stage of labor,ensuring the safety of the fetus,reducing maternal pain,and improving delivery satisfaction are the current research priorities.This article now reviews the effects of the delivery position in the second stage of labor on the stage of labor and the outcome of childbirth,in order to provide a reference for the scientific management of the position in the second stage of labor.
