摘 要:为提高水产养殖氨氮检测效率和测量精度,降低养殖鱼体死亡所带来的经济损失,本研究以水产养殖水体中氨氮为研究对象,设计了一种基于氨气敏电极法检测原理和数据无线传输技术的水产养殖氨氮在线监测系统。该在线监测系统结构以氨气敏电极法的检测反应条件为基础进行设计,硬件电路以微处理器STM32F407ZGT6为核心进行开发,远程数据监控平台通过JavaWeb网页技术进行开发。通过测试证明:该系统可实现养殖水体的氨氮浓度的远程自动检测,能够较好地满足水产养殖氨氮在线监测的要求。In order to improve the detection efficiency and measurement accuracy of ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture,and reduce the economic loss caused by the death of aquaculture fish.Taking the ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture water as the research object,designed an aquaculture ammonia nitrogen online monitoring system based on the detection principle of ammonia gas-sensing electrode method and wireless data transmission technology.The structure of the online monitoring system was designed based on the detection reaction conditions of the ammonia gas-sensing electrode method.The hardware circuit was developed with the microprocessor STM32F407ZGT6 as the core.The remote data monitoring platform was developed through JavaWeb technology.Tests have proved that the system could realize remote automatic detection of ammonia nitrogen concentration in aquaculture waters,and could better meet the requirements of aquaculture ammonia nitrogen online monitoring.
