彩色多普勒超声检查在颈动脉斑块与冠心病关系评定中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨颈动脉斑块与冠心病关系评定中彩色多普勒超声检查应用价值。方法回顾性选取2016年3月—2019年3月本院冠心病患者350例,将这些患者作为冠心病组,另回顾性选取同期我院健康体检人员350例为健康组,均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,统计分析两组人员的斑块积分、IMT、斑块形成、斑块分型检出情况。结果冠心病组患者的斑块积分(2.04±0.24)分显著高于健康组(0.90±0.11)分(P<0.05),IMT(1.84±0.18)mm显著长于健康组(0.67±0.20)mm(P<0.05),斑块形成率46.3%(162/350)显著高于健康组8.0%(28/350)(P<0.05),其中软斑、硬斑、混合斑检出率11.7%(41/350)、18.3%(64/350)、16.3%(57/350)均显著高于健康组2.0%(7/350)、4.0%(14/350)、2.0%(7/350)(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉斑块与冠心病关系评定中彩色多普勒超声检查应用价值高。Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the evaluation of relationship between carotid plaque and coronary heart disease.Methods From March 2016 to March 2019,350 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected retrospectively as coronary heart disease group,and 350 cases of healthy people in our hospital at the same time were selected retrospectively as healthy group,all of them received color Doppler ultrasound examination,the plaque scores,IMT,plaque formation and plaque type detection of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The plaque score of the CHD group(2.04±0.24)was significantly higher than the healthy group(0.90±0.11)(P<0.05),the IMT(1.84±0.18)mm was significantly longer than the healthy group(0.67±0.20)mm(P<0.05),the plaque formation rate 46.3%(162/350)was significantly higher than the healthy group 8.0%(28/350)(P<0.05),the detection rates of soft spot,hard spot and mixed spot 11.7%(41/350),18.3%(64/350),16.3%(57/350)were significantly higher than the the healthy group 2.0% (7/350), 4.0% (14/350), 2.0% (7/350) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the evaluation of relationship between carotid plaque and coronary heart disease is high.
