慢性肾脏病伴高尿酸血症早期干预的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对慢性肾脏病伴高尿酸血症患者实施早期干预的效果。方法纳入研究对象的时间为2018年5月—2019年5月,选取来本院就诊的慢性肾脏病伴高尿酸血症患者90例,依照随机数字表法分组,各30例,对A组予以非布司他治疗,对B组予以别嘌醇治疗,对C组予以碳酸氢钠片碱化尿液治疗,将C组作为对照组。检验3组患者的甘油三酯、肌酐、尿酸、舒张压、收缩压、C-反应蛋白。结果干预前3组患者的甘油三酯、肌酐、尿酸、舒张压、收缩压、C-反应蛋白经比较无明显差异性(P>0.05),干预后相比于C组,A组和B组患者的甘油三酯、肌酐、尿酸、舒张压、收缩压、C-反应蛋白水平均较优,组间差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾脏病伴高尿酸血症患者实施早期干预,可缓解肾脏病的发展,其非布司他药物的效果优于别嘌醇,但降血尿酸的效果较优,对肾功能予以保护,具有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of early intervention in patients with chronic kidney disease and hyperuricemia.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,choose our hospital clinic of 90 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)with high uric acid hematic disease,according to random number table method group,30 cases each,to take the cloth division him treatment in group A,don't Piao alcohol treatment to group B,sodium bicarbonate to group C alkalize urine therapy,group C as control group.The levels of triglyceride,creatinine,uric acid,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and C-reactive protein in 3 groups were examined.Results The results of three groups of patients before intervention triglycerides,creatinine,uric acid,diastolic and systolic blood pressure were compared,C-reactive protein has no obvious difference(P>0.05),after intervention than in group C,group A and group B patients triglycerides,creatinine,uric acid,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure,C-reactive protein levels were better,the differences between group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intervention can alleviate the development of renal disease in patients with chronic renal disease accompanied by hyperuricemia.The effect of febuxostat is better than allopurinol,but the effect of lowering blood uric acid is better,which can protect renal function and has high safety.
