支气管哮喘持续状态的护理体会与效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察支气管哮喘持续状态的护理方法与效果。方法回顾性选取2018年1月—2020年1月我院支气管哮喘持续状态患者100例,依据护理方法分为综合护理组(n=50)和常规护理组(n=50)两组,统计分析两组患者的症状缓解时间、住院时间、出院后1年复发次数、护理满意度。结果综合护理组患者的症状缓解时间(1.3±0.4)d显著短于常规护理组(2.8±0.9)d(P<0.05),住院时间(10.8±1.6)d显著短于常规护理组(16.7±2.8)d(P<0.05),出院后1年复发次数(1.1±0.3)次显著少于常规护理组(2.0±0.6)次(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,综合护理组为94.0%(47/50),常规护理组为72.0%(36/50),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘持续状态的综合护理效果较常规护理好。Objective To observe the nursing method and effect of bronchial asthma.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,a total of 100 cases of patients with persistent asthma in our hospital were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:comprehensive nursing group(n=50)and routine nursing group(n=50).The symptom relief time,hospitalization time,recurrence frequency one year after discharge and nursing satisfactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The symptomatic remission time(1.3±0.4)d in the comprehensive nursing group was significantly shorter than the routine nursing group(2.8±0.9)d(P<0.05),the hospitalization time(10.8±1.6)d was significantly shorter than the routine nursing group(16.7±2.8)d(P<0.05),the recurrence times one year after discharge(1.1±0.3)were significantly shorter than the routine nursing group(2.0±0.6)(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,94.0%(47/50)in the comprehensive nursing group and 72.0%(36/50)in the routine nursing group.The former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing effect of the persistent state of asthma is better than routine nursing on persistent state of bronchial asthma.
