胸外科重症患者术后呼吸功能恢复的护理研究

摘　　要：目的研究胸外科重症患者综合护理对术后呼吸功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性选取2017年1月—2020年1月本院胸外科重症患者200例,依据护理方法分为综合护理组(n=100)和常规护理组(n=100)两组,统计分析两组患者的呼吸功能、生活质量、护理满意度。结果综合护理组患者护理后较护理前的PaO_(2)、VT、VC、TCL、FEV_(1)、FVC均显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。综合护理组患者护理后较护理前的环境、生理、心理、社会领域评分升高幅度均显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,综合护理组为97.0%(97/100),常规护理组为70.0%(70/100),前者高于后者(P<0.05)。结论胸外科重症患者综合护理较常规护理更能有效促进术后呼吸功能恢复。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the recovery of respiratory function in patients with severe thoracic surgery.Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,200 cases of patients with severe thoracic surgery in our hospital were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:comprehensive nursing group(n=100)and routine nursing group(n=100).The respiratory functions,quality of life and nursing satisfactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The increases of PaO2,VT,VC,TCL,FEV_(1),FVC,the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The increases of scores of environment,physiology,psychology and society of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than the routine nursing group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the comprehensive nursing group was 97.0%(97/100),the routine nursing group was 70.0%(70/100),the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of severe patients in thoracic surgery can more effectively promote the recovery of respiratory function than routine nursing.
