穴位按摩配合个性化饮食管理促进产程进展临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察并评价个性化饮食配穴位按摩在促进产程进展中的临床效果。方法选择2018年9月—2019年9月在江西省信丰县人民医院分娩的100例产妇作为临床观察对象,随机分为2组,各50例。对照组按照传统分娩方法进行常规指导,依据产妇意愿进食,观察组予以辨证药膳食疗配合穴位按摩。观察并比较2组产妇的新生儿窒息率、产后2 h出血量、分娩方式、各个产程时间以及疼痛程度。结果观察组新生儿窒息率与对照组比较更低(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后2 h出血量与对照组比较更少(P<0.05);观察组产妇各个产程时间与对照组比较均更短(P<0.05);观察组产妇疼痛程度与对照组比较更低(P<0.05);观察组产妇的剖宫产率与对照组比较更高(P<0.05)。结论在产妇分娩过程中予以辨证药膳食疗配合穴位按摩,可有效缩短各个产程时间,减轻产妇疼痛程度,减少产后出血量,降低新生儿窒息率,效果较好,值得进一步推广和实践。Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation medicine diet combined with acupoint massage in promoting the progress of labor.Methods A total of 100 parturients who delivered in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine guidance according to the traditional delivery method,and the observation group was given syndrome differentiation medicine diet combined with acupoint massage.The neonatal asphyxia rate,2 hours postpartum hemorrhage,mode of delivery,time of each labor process and the degree of pain were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The neonatal asphyxia rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of each labor process in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of parturient giving dialectical medical diet combined with acupoint massage can effectively shorten the time of each labor process,reduce the degree of pain of parturient,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia,the effect is good,and it is worthy of further promotion and practice.
