摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)是目前临床较常见的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性肠病,具有反复发作的特点,本病严重影响患者的生活质量。李晶主任认为中医在治疗本病具有其独特优势,本病基本病机为本虚标实,活动期以标实(湿热)为主,将辨病与辨证相结合,随症加减。中医药治疗本病效果显著,可改善患者的生活质量,减轻症状,减少复发。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a common chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory bowel disease,which has the characteristics of recurrent attacks.Director Li Jing believes that the disease is the root of deficiency and excess,and the activity period is mainly based on standard excess.Combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has better effect,which can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce recurrence.
