归脾汤对化疗胃肠道反应的抑制作用及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨归脾汤加味对减轻化疗期间胃肠道反应及免疫功能的影响。方法收集中国医科大学附属第一医院胃肠科收治的58例胃肠道恶性肿瘤接受化疗患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各29例。对照组在接受化疗药物的同时予以奥美拉唑+托烷司琼+地塞米松治疗,试验组于化疗前3 d开始口服归脾汤加味,2组均治疗4周。治疗结束后,比较2组患者临床疗效、免疫功能以及不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)水平降低,CD^(8+)水平升高(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率、CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)水平升高(P<0.05),2组CD^(8+)水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论归脾汤加味能够减轻化疗期间所致胃肠道反应,改善免疫功能,安全性高,适宜临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Guipi decoction on gastrointestinal response and immune function during chemotherapy.Methods 58 patients with gastrointestinal cancer receiving chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,with29 in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,tropisetron and dexamethasone at the same time.The experimental group began to take Guipi decoction three days before chemotherapy,and both groups were treated for four weeks.After treatment,the gastrointestinal reactions,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of CD^(3+),CD^(4+),CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)decreased and CD^(8+)increased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of clinical total effective rate,CD^(3+),CD^(4+),CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guipi decoction can reduce the gastrointestinal reaction caused by chemotherapy,improve the immune function,has high safety,and is suitable for clinical application.
