温针灸治疗风寒型周围性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸在风寒型周围性面瘫患者中的实施意义。方法选取2017年4月—2018年4月沈阳松辽中医院收治的94例风寒型周围性面瘫患者,按照入院顺序分2组,对照组行单纯针刺疗法(47例)、观察组温针灸疗法(47例),对比不同方法应用意义。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%(45/47)高于对照组82.98%(39/47)(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者Sunnybrook面神经评定系统(Sunnybrook facial grading system,SFGS)、面部残疾指数量表(Facial disability index scale,FDIS)、改良Portmann简易评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组SFGS、FDIS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组Portmann评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用温针灸治疗风寒型周围性面瘫,可明显改善各项临床症状,恢复面部神经功能,减轻面部损伤。Objective To explore the significance of warming needle m oxibustion in the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 94 patients with wind-cold type peripheral facial paralysis admitted to Shenyang Songliao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into two groups,the control group(47 cases)received simple acupuncture therapy and the observation group(47 cases)received warm acupuncture therapy.The application significance of different methods was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.74%(45/47),which was higher than that of control group(82.98%,39/47)(P<0.05).Before treatment,patients in the two groups had the Sunnybrook Facial Grading System(SFGS)and the Facial Disability Index Scale(FDIS)and modified Portmann simple score had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,SFGS and FDIS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and Portmann scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The warming needle moxibustion in the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis can obviously improve various clinical symptoms,restore facial nerve function,and reduce facial injuries.
