摘 要:用超声波法脱除熏硫麦冬药材中的二氧化硫。以二氧化硫残留量为考察指标,兼顾麦冬总皂苷的损失率,以液料比、超声波功率和超声处理时间为考察因素,采用正交试验设计优化脱硫工艺。最优脱硫工艺为按液料比10∶1加入5%Na HCO_(3)溶液,超声波功率135 W处理8 min,可去除95%以上的二氧化硫残留,药材中的麦冬总皂苷损失不超过5%。本法简单易行,可为麦冬药材的安全使用提供参考。The removal of sulfur dioxide in ophiopogonis radix with 5%NaHCO_(3) by method of ultrasonic was studied.Using the content of sulfur dioxide residue and total saponins of ophiopogonis radix as index,with the liquid to material ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power as factors,the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test.The optimal extraction technology of removal of sulfur dioxide included add 5%NaHCO_(3) with liquid to material ratio10:1(mL/g),ultrasonic for 8 min and ultrasonic power 135 W,and the final removal of sulfur dioxide yield was more than 95%and the loss rate of total saponins of ophiopogonis radix was less than 5%.This method is simple and easy to implement,and can provide references for the safe use of ophiopogonis radix.
