摘　　要：在国家大力推动中医药发展,强调发挥中医特色的当下,国务院先后发布《中医药发展战略规划纲要(2016—2030年)》《中医药发展"十三五"规划》等,对未来5年中医护理临床辨证施护水平、中医特色护理水平发挥提出了进一步要求。同时,胸痛中心建设纳入国家政策范畴,近年来胸痛中心在全国相继成立,胸痛中心是为降低急性心肌梗死发病率和病死率提出的概念,指通过多学科合作,依据快速准确的诊断、危险评估和恰当的治疗手段,对急性胸痛患者进行有效的分类治疗和护理。面对新形势,本文就如何将传统中医护理技术与胸痛中心疾病的护理做到有效结合,带给更优化的临床实践和结局,略谈自身体会。At a time when the country is vigorously promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine,the State Council has successively issued documents such as the Outline of Strategic Plan for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(2016-2030),the 13 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and has put forward further requirements on the level of clinical dialectical nursing and the level of characteristic nursing in the next five years.At the same time,chest pain center construction into the national policy scope.In recent years,chest pain centers have been set up all over the country.Chest pain center is a concept proposed under the premise of reducing the incidence and mortality of acute myocardial infarction.It refers to the effective classified treatment and care of patients with acute chest pain through multidisciplinary cooperation based on rapid and accurate diagnosis,risk assessment and appropriate treatment methods.In the face of the new situation,this paper discusses how to effectively combine traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology with the nursing of chest pain center disease,thus bringing more optimized clinical practice and outcome,and briefly discusses my own experience.
