摘　　要：耳尖放血,即指采用三棱针或其他针具在耳尖穴放出适量血液用以防病治病的一种中医特色治疗技术,临床上具有绿色安全、操作简单、疗效显著、适应证广等特点,尤适于在基层社区进行推广用以慢病管理。为进一步推广这一简便廉验的中医特色治疗技术,本文通过梳理既往临床研究文献,并结合我科现有的临床经验,就耳尖放血在慢病管理中的一些体会向大家进行了简要的概述。Erjian(EX-HN6)bloodletting refers to the use of a triangular prism needle or other needles to release an appropriate amount of blood in the tip of the ear to prevent and treat diseases,is a suitable traditional Chinese medicine technology,and other characteristics,especially suitable for promotion in the grassroots community for chronic disease management.In order to further popularize this convenient and inexpensive traditional Chinese medicine suitable technology,this article summarizes some of the experience of Erjian(EX-HN6)bloodletting in chronic disease management by combing the previous clinical research literature and combining the existing clinical experience of our department.
