刘华珍主任医师运用中药熏洗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变

摘　　要：糖尿病神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,尤其以周围神经病变最常见,临床上多以肢端麻木疼痛为主要症状,肌电图及神经传导速度检查异常。由于西医发病病因及发病机制不明确,西医治疗上只是对因治疗及对症处理,疗效不甚理想,刘华珍主任医师从事中医临床30余年,经验丰富,在辨证论治指导下,自拟中药方,运用中药熏洗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,疗效显著,现将经验总结,与同道共享。Diabetic neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes,especially the most common peripheral neuropathy,limb numbness and pain as the main clinical symptoms,abnormal electromyography and nerve conduction velocity.As the cause and mechanism of the disease in western medicine are not clear,the treatment in western medicine is only for treating the cause of disease and treating the symptoms,and the curative effect is not very ideal,self-made Chinese medicine prescription,the use of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing method to treat diabetes peripheral neuropathy,the efficacy is significant.The experience will be summarized,which provides reference for others.
